Right of Withdrawal (Angrerett)

This page fulfils ApprovePictures' disclosure obligations under the Norwegian Angrerettslova and Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. It applies to consumers (private individuals purchasing outside the scope of business) who subscribe to a paid plan.

1. Your Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which the contract was concluded (the day your subscription started).

2. Digital Services & Immediate Delivery

ApprovePictures is a digital service that is made available immediately after subscription starts. In accordance with Angrerettslova §22 (n), the right of withdrawal is lost for a digital service once performance has begun with your express prior consent and your acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost.

By ticking the consent checkbox during checkout you (a) request that we start performing the service immediately during the 14-day withdrawal period and (b) acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal for the portion of the service already provided. You may still cancel future renewals at any time from your account settings.

3. How to Withdraw

To exercise the right of withdrawal within the 14-day window, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model form set out below, but it is not obligatory. Send the statement to:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

4. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, minus a proportionate amount corresponding to the service already provided up to the moment you communicated your withdrawal, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision. Reimbursement is made using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, at no cost to you.
